All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate. There is no VAT on loose leaf tea.

Availability

Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. Designs on certain accessory items may vary, according to supply.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

We accept payment in the following ways:
1 By credit card - Mastercard, Visa, etc. (NO charge)
2 By debit card - Switch, Maestro, etc. (NO charge)
3 By cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Suki Teahouse Ltd. Please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of your cheque.

Payments by cheque will need to be cleared before dispatch (please allow up to 5 working days for this process before the items are dispatched).
 

NOTICE: DELAYS Nov/Dec 2010 Delivery

 

Royal Mail have had major delays in Scotland and some of the rest of the UK with their deliveries. Please expect delays. Royal mail have assured us that the deliveries will be made within our terms and conditions of postage. anyone ordering from 21st Nov to 7th Dec may incur delays of up to 3 weeks. We are working with Royal Mail to make sure orders after that any orders since then are dealt with. As we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries we can't guarantee that your mail will be delivered in the usual terms and conditions.

With the return of severe winter weather throughout the UK, Royal Mail, our carrier has advised us of difficulties reaching some locations. Usual 2-3 day delivery services have been temporarily suspended. If you have called in requesting a next day service you can call us for an update. We aim to dispatch all orders within about 2 working days. We will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or courier for large orders. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days. In any instance, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Suki Tea but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.

Suki Tea also supplies wholesale speciality tea for foodservice and retail outlets at competitive prices.
